The Peninsula at Topsail Island

Wells Brothers is currently in the process of achieving final approvals at The Peninsula at Topsail Island. This was a challenging project that has been completed on budget and on schedule. The 26 lot development is surrounded by protected waters on three sides. Wetlands were mitigated during construction and a deep sewer system with, a pump station was installed 15' below sea level. The developer is looking forward to selling lots this spring.
