Carolina Bay Progress

The good site conditions at Carolina Bay CCRC are allowing the team to continue to make great progress during the wet weather. The building pad is complete and parking areas are to grade. Futhermore, the sanitary sewer is complete and pipe crews started the stormwater installation yesterday. It is anticipated that building foundations could start by the second week of April.
